Savage Thunder Music is an independent music project built around original, story-driven rock.

Our sound moves across Southern Rock, Funk Rock, Outlaw Rock, and Americana Rock, with songs driven as much by ideas, characters, conflict, and emotion as by riffs and rhythm. We are less interested in fitting every song into the same box than in making music worth actively listening to.

Many STM songs also run longer than conventional radio tracks. We use that extra space for the story to develop, the arrangement to breathe, and the song to earn its ending. We call this approach Extended Play Rock.

The STM catalog is broader than any single subgenre, and earlier or crossover songs may move beyond the core rock sound. That variety is part of the catalog. The center of Savage Thunder Music today is original, narrative-driven rock with grit, energy, and something to say.

STM Radio brings that music together in one continuous stream, while our playlists let listeners choose particular songs, stories, and vocal styles.
